Terms & Conditions
Once the winner is announced there will be an initial consultation to get up to date with your planning so far.
Three face to face meetings (either via video call or in person) in the lead up to your wedding date, with one of these meetings being a site visit to your venue to understand your vision.
Unlimited telephone and email support.
A thorough check of plans, highlighting any potential problems and suggesting suitable solutions.
Preparation of a detailed itinerary of the wedding day that will be issued to all key people.
Contact suppliers checking that all arrangements are locked down and taking over the communication with each of your suppliers to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the lead up to your wedding date and on the day.
On the day coordination to manage deliveries, venue set up, any last minute changes, timings, oversee the running of your perfect day and have an emergency wedding kit on hand to handle any out of the box situations
Conditions
Must be getting married in Wanaka or the Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea area
Wedding date must be from 15th January – 31st March 2016
Publicity from the wedding is agreed to be used by Fantail Weddings in a respectful manner
The winning couple will sign a Fantail Weddings contract to cover off their Terms & Conditions
This is a non-transferable prize
There is no cash alternative offered for this prize.
