The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply to the Service provided by me if you are acquiring the Service for personal, domestic, or household use or consumption.  If this Act applies, nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude your rights under this Act.  If you are acquiring the Service for business or trade purposes, then you are subject to these terms only, and the Act shall not apply.
